For our Client, a multinational company, we are currently looking for PMO Specialist.

LOCATION: Poznań
LENGTH: long – term cooperation
JOB TYPE: contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily schedule management, including plan creation and quality maintenance at project or program level for multiple IT projects
• Preparing and publishing program
• Portfolio reporting
• Planning, Risk and Issue Management
• Dependency Management
• Quality Control
• Program Communications and Administration
• Providing direction on the best-practice use of MS Project
• Ensuring project and program management standards are known and used across global IT portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in project/ programme management/ PMO within a corporate environment or relevant experience working in IT field
• Communications skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders on different levels of seniority
• Advanced user of MS Project (knowledge of MSP is a must)
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Self-starter able to work independently to deliver team objectives
• Willingness to work in a culturally diverse environment
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Visio;
• Knowledge of CA Clarity PPM is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal English
