Responsibilites
- Financial planning & Forecasting
- Financial and management monthly reporting
- Project accounting & costs allocation
- Actuals VS Forecast analysis
- Business case administration support
- Accurate program/project plans, resources planning, status reports
- Executive status summary and SteerCo packs preparation
- Project, Program and Portfolio project admin tasks and deliverables
Requirements
- Ability to collect, consolidate and process data from different financial systems
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (incl. English skills)
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mind set
- Data analysis technics
- Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
- Knowledge of IT terminology is a plus
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Finance analysis/support for IT Projects
