Responsibilites
- Tracking and monitoring execution of workforce strategy project
- Co-ordination and analysis of weekly/monthly project reports/work books
- On-going monitoring and recording of project risks and issues
- Effective liaison between management, Recruitment and other Stakeholders
- Ad hoc admin tasks, as required
- To undertake additional activities as required to ensure that task are managed to completion
Requirements
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments
- Experience in working with varieties data sources and building reports out them
- Proven ability to complete full process cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Logical thinker with problem solving abilities and a bias toward data driven decisions
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Team work and motivational skills
