Responsibilites
- Providing administrative support to pre-sales organization
- Using internal systems and progress tracking
- Creating collateral library and it's up to date maintenance
- Taking care of proper documents circulation in cooperation with company's departments
- Preparation of presentations for management (including analysis in Excel)
- Assisting in preparation of reports the business requires
- Organizing and coordinating the schedule, arranging appointments, conference calls
- Arranging business trips, supplying necessary documents and accounting costs
- Planning, setting-up, organizing and coordinating corporate business events and workshops
- Organizing (convening), participating and taking minutes of the meetings
- Performing other tasks commissioned by line manager
Requirements
- Master or bachelor degree, preferably linguistic
- Analytical thinking
- Fluent English - both spoken and written (grammatically competent)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility
- High attention to detail
- Communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and easy relationship building skills (both internally and with customer)
- Energetic and proactive
- Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
- Eager to learn, and open for new challenges
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
