Responsibilites
- Compiling Portfolio Budget reports
- Prepare detailed views for Actuals, Forecasts per Project
- Plan resources (in accordance with the ITPLs)
- Overview and manage free capacities
- Regular update Project Status
- Direct support of Project Manager based on individual tasks and skills
- Workshop Support
- Administrate Meeting Room Reservations
- Administrate department Sharepoint
- Weekly Update of regular Mgmt reporting
- Help new joiners to a smooth Onboarding
- Infrastructure ordering
- Organize and Book travels for the director level
Requirements
- Demonstration of Excel knowledge preferable with budget tasks
- Ability to be able to work concurrently on a number of different topics and to be able to change focus quickly as needed
- A good understanding of project-planning and management; practice with Agile/Scrum development is an advantage
- Organizational skills eg. ability to prepare and organize teammeetings and workshops
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish, German is a plus
- Continuous learning ability
- Ability to work in an international, professional and demanding environment
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable
- A minimum of 2 years professional experiences, preferable within a large organization
