Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Developing and implementing the brand strategy and communication plan in support of short, medium and long term business objectives in Poland
implementing required communication activities and local events
- Effective management of all local press, public relations and social media activities in line with brand positioning targets
- Proactive relationship management with Swarovski brand ambassadors and opinion leaders
- Monitoring and benchmarking of local brand activities in the consumer goods segment collaborate closely with Country Management, the retail teams and the regional PR & communication team

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Five years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the international consumer goods segment
- At least bachelor's degree with specialization in Brand management, PR, Advertising or Communication
- Passion for the Swarovski brand and a strong affinity with fashion and lifestyle
- Organizational talent, eye for detail and convincing presentation skills support
- Excellent command of English and Polish (native) and willingness to travel
