Its clients use knowledge and experience of international experts, whose ultimate goal is to improve Client’s results.
Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are looking for a person who would like to become a team player in a local team for our Client of PR Coordinator. As a PR Coordinator, You would be responsible for the developing, coordinating ESC internal communication across different channels including intranet, social media and company website. You’ll oversee ESC internal website – prepare articles, interviews and photos, develop architecture of the page. Support organization of internal and external events such as internal town halls, Values Days. You would also support CSR activities. You will oversee company in social media including: managing Facebook fan page, employer’s profiles on job boards and other. Collaborate with a project team on developing and publishing Facebook content. Monitor social media, work with various internal and external parties on the specific campaigns. Build and maintain a network of contacts with our employees to increase the quality of internal communication. As a PR Coordinator you will work collaboratively with other company locations to assure alignment with global companycommunication strategies and supporting CSR activities.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, internal communication or PR, advertisement knowledge especially copywriting skills would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English ( min. C1)
equivalent) - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Polish and English
- Engagement, initiative and creativity
- Ability to communicate, support and influence effectively with internal and external stakeholders and all levels of organization
- Good planning and coordinating skills
- Public speaking skills
- Ability to work and stay focused under pressure, manage urgent tasks against
tight deadlines
