Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a technology field
Experience with PaaS platform technology is desired, but not essential
At least 2 years of use case analysis experience, including analysis of IT development and infrastructure processes and services, and overall 5 years of work experience
Experience in working with dynamic teams with self-directed roles
Project lifecycle experience, familiar with approaches to project and scope management
Practical experience in documenting use cases for development and test cases
Project lifecycle principles, including approaches to requirements management

The PaaS process analyst will provide analysis support for Infrastructure Services. Will be responsible for reviewing IT processes, identifying use cases requirements and help to develop new automated processes and services to satisfy them. Will include development and support managers for new and existing applications, as well as infrastructure managers. Responsible for identifying and translating application development requirements into infrastructure solutions.
