What you’ll do:
• you’ll participate in all internal and external audits related to payroll
• you’ll be up-to-date with regulatory requirements and translate them into process requirements
• you’ll execute quality assurance framework
• you’ll support process improvement initiatives - including automation and robotization of the processes
• you’ll provide ad-hoc reports related to compliance and process quality controls
• you’ll deliver regulatory/compliance trainings to team members
• you’ll encourage co-operative team-working across the business
• you’ll ensure that transitions and change management are delivered according to standard and methodology
• you’ll continually seek out ways to improve client satisfaction
What you’ll need:
• minimum 3 years of professional experience on similar positions (audits, compliance and similar)
• strong experience with UK Payroll and Rewards regulations
• great attention to details
• fluency in MS Excel
• strong communication skills
• very good knowledge of continuous improvement methodology, automation and robotization tools
• fluent English (C1)
