For our Client, a multinational company, we are currently looking for Process Auditor.

LOCATION: Warsaw
LENGTH: long – term cooperation
JOB TYPE: contract

TASKS:
• Conducting Compliance audits on project activities to ensure they are in-line with Standard Project Processes and additional standards and best practices.
• Review work products for adherence to process and standards.
• Preparing reports for project teams related to their reviewed performance against the applicable processes and standards.
• Tracking metrics related to project and process performance.
• Working with project teams to resolve deviations from the Standard Project Process.
• Working with project teams on a variety of process improvement initiatives.
• Conducting peer reviews on work products and process artifacts
• Productivity in unfamiliar process and supporting areas with only minimal assistance.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, Software Requirements Management.
• Understanding of the CMMI Model
• Experience in Software Process Auditing
• HIGH Proficiency in English, verbal and written
