Your team
You'll be working in the TOC End User team in Poland. We provide the support that enables end user technology operations to the Client business. This benefits our business stakeholders. As part of our team you will provide project coordination between technical and business stakeholders, manage large scale data moves between jurisdictions, and act as single point of contact for escalations from lines of business and end users.

Your role

We're looking for someone who will:
- engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
- translate business requirements into technical documentation
- collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
- conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
- contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
- identify opportunities to improve our processes
Your expertise
- ideally 5 years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
- solid understanding of process re-engineering and LEAN process improvement techniques
- technical experience with Visio and PowerPoint
- inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- fluent in English and Swiss or Polish to support local client base
