Your role
As a Process Engineer - IT you will play a key role in supporting IT systems used within manufacturing environment, commonly known as MES (Manufacturing Executing System).
Your team
You will interact with and work closely with production, quality and technical departments. You will also cooperate strongly with our IT colleagues and IT solutions team
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring IT shop floor services are up and running
- Supporting MES users in standard activities ((production issue analysis and issue solving, escalation, users training)
- Organizing and controlling all changes applied to manufacturing management software
- Ensuring manufacturing data is protected and accessible for particular users
- Manufacturing management software changes handling: definition, implementation, verification
- Manufacturing software related problems solving
- Participating in local, global IT/MES projects
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a IT specialisation
- A proven track record on a similar position
- Experience in SAP ME would be an advantage
- Experience in SQL
- Fundamentals of database knowledge
- Basic programming skills (Visual Basic, C#)
- Very good English
