On behalf of our Client, an international organization developing its BPO Center in Łódź, we are currently seeking Process Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Joining a dynamic team, Process Executive will be responsible for day-to-day contact with internal and external Clients, solving their queries and maintaining good relationship with Business Partners.
Requirements
The Candidate should have previous customer service experience. It is highly demanded for this post to be a fluent English speaker and one of the following languages: German, French and Portuguese. Process Executive should be a team player, possess good communication skills and be able to face new challenges.
