Job Description:
- Drive Operational maturity with value add techniques
- Lead / Facilitate OE determined improvement projects ranging from productivity to quality
- Proactively manage and communicate Projects as scheduled
- Manage Cost to Serve targets as per scheduled Projects
- Motivate and engage with teams from around the Region to demonstrate power and importance of a successful OE Program
- Arrange regular update sessions with key Stakeholders
- Follow Lead Six Sigma methodology to achieve results
- Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client
- Work closely with the SDL’s and OADM’s to promote OE
- Provide management reports in line with Client and Accenture requirements
- Identify new Projects to OE Lead and SDO Lead
- Manage costs of the Projects and deliver on time
