Currently we are looking for:
- Identifies and ensures on-going process improvements in finance and accounting area
- Implements process changes and updates procedures
- Analyzes and maps financial processes
- Analyzes and reports KPIs
- Collects specifications and requirements for automation projects
- Leads/supports projects within organizations
- Manages user expectations and work collaboratively across the enterprise
- Helps the team to improve efficiency
- Provides trainings and coaches the team in a daily work
- Consistently follows all internal policies and procedures
- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in financial processes including R2R/ GL activities, month-end close process, balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries or
- Experience in financial audit/consulting
- Knowledge of finance, accounting principles and practices
- Experience in working with ERP class systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Sharepoint, Power Bi, Power Automate will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Additional European Language skills (not including Polish) would be advantageous but not essential
