Welcome to the Files Team team. We add value by supporting the Finnish, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish customers and stakeholders in the Cash Management Value Chain. As Process Specialist/ Transition to Payment Services in Operations you’ll play a valuable role in supporting Nordea’s largest customers and enabling them to use our services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle day to day operations to ensure timely deliveries within the key performance indicators
- Execute tasks with high focus on inter-dependencies between product, system and process
- Collaborating closely with Nordic stakeholders within end-to-end value chain
- Participating in project oriented toward simplification and customer needs
- Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
- Seeking continuous improvement in daily work
- Problem solving to ensure high customer satisfaction
You’ll join a team consisting of vigorous, young, but experienced people who are eager to cooperate. The role is based in Łódź.

- Excellent work organization and prioritization

- Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office) – Professional level
