Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Execute operational process tasks according to service level expectations
- Perform UAT and Prod testing including document testing results and processes
- Take active part in project kick off and ongoing meetings with stakeholders
- Provide analysis and feedback on assigned processes
- Contribute to product/process launch readiness
- 1 - 2 years operations experience, with any experience in the BPO Industry/Back-Office Operations/Training/Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, great communication skills and ability to work independently and in the team (global team, working closely with other delivery center on projects)
- Project management experience will be a great asset
- Proficient English business communication skills; verbal and written
- Availability to work during hours 11:00 - 19:30
