Job description
- Analyse, design and roll-out key back-office processes and systems as well as support and present the review of functional strategies/operations and options.
- Data gathering, process analysis and leading process practices identification and implementation
- Designing, planning and execution of transformation programmes
- Developing knowledge of various sectors and identification and development of sell-on opportunities
- Taking a perspective of process expert when presenting consultant solution to the Client
- Supporting new tools and methods development and product entry to the market
Position purpose
Process Transformation Expert helps our Clients redefine and optimize their support functions, develop visions, improve operations and systems and drive performance in Finance, Supply Chain and HR. She/he is encouraged and has the license to develop new ways of delivering value to our Clients.
Candidate’s profile
- Expertise in F&A, HR or Supply Chain process transformation and delivery gained through business and outsourcing experiences and transformation programs for global organisations
- Expertise in market leading tools and technologies supporting F&A, HR and Supply chain processes
- Transformation consulting skills and experiences
- Strong project and change management capabilities
- Cross industry expertise gained through projects delivery for global organizations from different sectors
