Procurement Analyst with Italian, French, Portuguese, German or Czech

For one of our clients we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Analyst with Italian, French, Portuguese, German or Czech.

We are looking to recruit a University Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Procurement fields of study) with minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement (preferably handling indirect materials and services). We are searching for candidates with strong analytical skills, customer-centric approach, excellent command of English and one of the following languages: Italian, Portuguese, German or Czech. Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly in using MS Excel is desired. Familiarity with SAP would be an asset.

As a Procurement Analyst you will perform bidding processes in the area of indirect materials and services. You will conduct market research activities, issue Requests for Proposals (RFP), analyze received proposals, make recommendations for supplier selection and prepare relevant contracts.
Further duties will include:
• performing advanced expenditure analyses for key stakeholders
• coordinating the process of renewal or termination of agreements with suppliers
• proceeding with the process of annual price-update initiatives with suppliers
• liaising with Procurement Centers worldwide to maintain and update local master data regarding regional/global frame contracts to be used
• imputing and maintaining data in procurement related tools and applications
• occasional travels
