Procurement Finance Junior Analyst provides finance support to Motorola Procurement organization that sources in supplies required to manufacture products, provide services to Motorola’s employees or customers.
• Spend and savings analysis and reporting;
• Budget analysis and reporting;
• Analysis requests from commodity managers;
• Prepare financial reports for various operation reviews;
• Supplier name normalization;
• Accounts reconciliation;
• Month-end close reporting;
• Ad-hoc financial analysis as requested from management and operational teams;
• Working closely with other members of the team and business partners in States;
• Taking part in process improvement initiatives.
• University degree in Finance or similar education;
• Ability to work under time pressure;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Entrepreneurial attitude;
• Good Excel skills;
• Ability to learn new IT systems and applications quickly.
