Your qualifications:
- Entry level to 2-3 years’ experience in a project management, service support or analyst role, preferably within an international environment
- Education background in finance or engineering, extended with MBA (preferred)
- Fluent English
Scope of responsibilities:
- Be the specialist and provide defined services for a given domain
- Support problem solving by handling user queries
- Implement necessary process changes in partnership with other experts and stakeholders
- Perform data analytics and provide management information to enable continuous improvement
- Recognize improvement opportunities and act upon them
- Challenge solutions and unrewarded complexity as expert in the assigned domain (subject matter expert)
- Collaborate in transformation projects to provide expert support
- Monitor and report relevant process performance metrics & KPI’s in accordance with the business requirements for assigned domain of expertise
- Clarifie impact of the new solutions and ways of working including the IT, data, people, process solutions
- Facilitates process trainings (competency development) and prepare end user documentation
