Responsibilities:
- Provide active support during product development projects
- Define new product upgrades / updates and create business opportunities
- Develop and perform training classes (both for pre- and post-launch phase)
- Prepare service manuals, maintenance plans, technical documentation
- Close cooperation with other departments- R&D, Sales, Service and Management
Requirements:
- Technical and/or scientific degree/education in electronics/biology;
- Product knowledge within the life science or MDx industry/markets
- Min. 2 years experience in comparable position within R&D, after sales or service business
- Fluent English
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
