Your role

The Product Manager 'ISO 20022 Payments' is responsible for the complete application lifecycle of the UBS ISO Test Platform (ITP) and the ISO documentation Tool GEFEG, which includes following tasks:
- Support the development and maintenance of ITP and GEFEG
- Support quality assurance and regression testing of ITP
- Provide 3rd level ITP support to software providers, UBS clients and internal project staff
- Maintain ITP know-ledge base for 1st and 2nd level support
- Document, track and follow-up ITP issues, defects and changes
- Ensure technical product documentations are current
Additionally, you will support the Product Management team in various Payment Product related initiatives.
Your team

You'll work out of Wroclaw for the Zürich based team "Banking Products - Cards & Payment Solutions". The Payment Products team is responsible for the electronic and paper based payment products and represents UBS in various interbank working groups.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- an university degree in in a technical field such as computer science, engineering or related field
- solid ISO 20022 Payments background preferably in Swiss Recommendation, SEPA and CGI
- proven experience in 3rd level support provided to various internal and external stakeholders
- at least three years of experience within a payments environment as a product/project manager or a consultant
- analytical and conceptual skills and solution oriented working approaches
- the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
You are:
- a subject matter expert in payment related topics like credit transfer, direct debit, account reporting, LSV+/BDD, SDD, SCT, ESR, IBAN, SWIFT, etc.
- experienced in working in a technology-driven business
- structured, reliable and work precisely in term of quality and deadlines
