Client is the leading global provider of Sample to Insight solutions that enable customers to gain valuable molecular insights from samples containing the building blocks of life.
The Digital Accelerator department leverages all digital sales and marketing channels to drive revenue growth. We increasingly utilize advanced analytics to enable data-based decision making, and foster integration of Client's solutions into a seamless digital ecosystem to transform how customers engage with Client. Our digital solutions were awarded several times, and we are performing hackathons and open innovation workshops to further drive digital transformation at Client.
Responsible for the planning, development and ongoing enhancement of one product solutions from implementation through launch to overall success.
- Communicating effectively to lead development teams and be a reliable and trusted partner of business stakeholders.
- Capturing the bigger picture with regards to Client's product portfolio and workflows which will help you to understand business requirements and to prioritize the business backlog.
- Collaborating with development teams, business analysts, other product owners and a number of different stakeholders in an international team setup.
- Accountable for the solutions' by defining user stories, pay attention to details and setting the Scrum Team's backlog priorities ensuring the team delivers value for our business on time.
- At least 3 years of experience as product owner (preferred), software project manager or business analyst in the area of eCommerce and online sales.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and software development methodologies (SCRUM).
- Experience in working with Agile development teams, delivering complex initiatives through iterative development cycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
- Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to find solutions proactively and reach agreed goals independently.
- Effective time and project management.
- Ability to facilitate effective meetings, actively listen, present and explain.
Knowledge in life science industry will be an advantage.
Superb interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong communicator with high reliability and proactiveness.
- Proven leader and effective decision maker.
- Self-starter with a 'can do' attitude and ability to cooperate and obtain stakeholder's buy-in
