For our Client, a multinational production company located in Wrocław, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as a Product Specialist in Services & Original Parts Department.

The person on this position will be mainly accountable for supporting the development and maintenance of the service products from the design phase to a released service product and manage it during its lifecycle. It will be also essential to provide wide leadership, assure the quality and introduce improvements within development projects in a cooperation with R&D, Production, Quality, etc. He/she will also identify business development areas and maintain strong relationship with customers (internal and external). Moreover, the Product Specialist will be expected to define and implement strategies and pricing for original parts as well as conduct trainings an serviceability and engineering.

To be successful in this role you should have at least 2 years of experience on a similar position (preferably in a service organization) and Technical Master Degree or equivalent level of qualification. A good candidate would have a wide expertise in ERP-systems, especially SAP, as well as a fluent command of English. Our Client is seeking a person who is passionate about his/her job and displays a high-level of self-motivation attitude. He/she must be action-oriented, show initiative and be able to travel in business. The perfect candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as service-minded approach. International experience will be preferred.
