For our Client, we are looking for Resource Planner (HR)
Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of Product Support Analyst for newly opened Wrocław Business Center of an international organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in required tracking systems.
- Proactively keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability.
- Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting
- Responsible for appropriate referral to other support analysts, provides feedbacks
- Focuses on developing knowledge in specific product suite or operating environments.
- Contributes information to the Support knowledge base.
- Manages workload effectively following Support Procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills
- very good German or French knowledge
- About 2 years of experience in business line as HR, Logistic, Accounting, Procurement or IT support
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business course or IT
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and to work in a fast-paced office environment
