Program/Project Manager

Responsibilites
- You will be working on key initiatives, managing programs and projects and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders
- You will work closely with your colleagues in London and other locations, as well as your business stakeholders, and be expected to travel frequently
- You will have experience of delivering strategic projects or programs, preferably in the finance domain - and you will be an excellent communicator
- You will decide resourcing needs and have oversight of delivery teams based in Wroclaw
Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Ability to interact with business stakeholders and product backlog owners to understand their requirements
- A willingness to challenge stakeholders to ensure requirements are sensible and deliver benefit to the company
- Experience of working in a global IT organisation within financial services
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- A proven track record of delivering software projects to demanding product owners (ideally gained in an agile environment)
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Previous project management experience
