Programmer (Ruby on Rails)

Duties:
- Development and maintenance of web applications
- Create tools to process data and generate statistics
- Improving and redesigning features based on user feedback
Skills profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in programming
- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails (3.2 - 4.x) and Ruby (1.9 - 2.x) programming
- Proficiency in relational database programming (MySQL)
- Knowledge of XHTML and JavaScript (nice to have)
- Ability to work in both Linux and Windows environments
- Clear communication attitude
- Analytical thinking, willingness to learn efficiently and quickly
- Result oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of English
