The principal role of the Business Analyst function is working together with the Team of Finance Specialists, to provide support to the internal stakeholders and key decision makers with the accurate and meaningful information on the financial and the operational performance of the businesses.
The key responsibilities in this role is to implement changes and improvements of the reporting and analysis tools due to the implementation of the Financial Information Delivery Project and other process improvements, including process mapping and ME tools implementation.
- Ensure continuous improvement of IP EMEA reporting and analysis by pro-actively seeking opportunities to streamline processes and tools
- Work together with FID Project team, GFS and other finance teams
- Evaluate the impact of the changes implemented from FID on the actual processes and reporting
- Development of reporting tools
- Preparing models, manuals, report standardization, and maintenance of existing solutions
- Collects and translates customer requirements into functional specifications, workflows and dedicated reports
- Provides complete functional process analysis
- Design and documentation of new and existing business processes

Review the existing tool and make the necessary updates in order to include the new process changes

Prepare analyses, presentations and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Education in Finance (econometrics, IT in finance) or IT (business analysis, IT in finance)
- Experience of at least 2 years in the area of business process design, or redesign
- Skills to work with customers on development of new business processes, i.e. listening, facilitating workshops, delivering presentations to end users
- Good / Advance knowledge of Excel and VBA
- Knowledge of SAP and preferable of SAP BPC
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must, additional foreign language will be an advantage
- Analytical skills
