Tender Stage:
- Supports the tender stage from a financial perspective;
Project Execution:
- Prepares project balance sheets, income statements and cash flow reports,
- Updates forecasted KPIs and timing of e.g. revenues, cash flows based on project’s development,
- Provides analysis on currency risk, tax issues, financial reporting, accounting, and project financing requirements,
- Monitors the proper follow up on claims and back-charges,
- Supports coordination and preparation of regular project reviews,
- Identifies risks, initiates risk mitigation actions, prepares estimates to complete;
Organization:
- Supports Business Controller in organizational aspects;
Contacts:
- External: Financial institutions (ECA’s), external auditors, tax consultants,
- Internal: Peers, Accounting and Reporting, Finance and Tax, Legal and Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Marketing & Sales.
- Bachelor degree in finance or economics, or equivalent;
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting software (SAP, RR dB);
- Completion of project analyst required training modules;
- Finance and business control knowledge with process orientation;
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to effectively adhere to strict deadlines;
- Good communication and negotiation skills required;
- Basic risk management knowledge.
