A fast growing translation company is searching for a suitable candidate for its branch in Wroclaw.
Project Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
day-to-day contact with the company’s clients and suppliers
handling individual cases unsupervised
receiving orders and queries from clients
preparing offers and price quotations for individual clients
choosing suitable suppliers to handle orders
checking orders and invoices for jobs
administrative work related to the trade activities of the company
performing language-related tasks
at least secondary school education
active consultation and personal negotiation skills
excellent knowledge of English + knowledge of any other foreign language
communication and organisational skills
ability to communicate with foreign clients
excellent knowledge of working with MS-Office programs
reliability, responsibility, flexibility, independency
ability to plan and deal with unforeseen circumstances, to analyse, combine and anticipate
an active approach to new and non-traditional methods
administrative work related to the trade activities of the company
an independent and responsible position on a very attractive field of business
