A newly established translation company on Polish market is searching for a suitable candidate for its branch in Wroclaw.
Project Coordinator

Opis stanowiska
Duties- day-to-day contact with the company’s clients and suppliers
- handling individual cases unsupervised
- receiving orders and demands from clients
- preparing offers and price quotations for individual clients
- choosing suitable suppliers to handle orders
- checking orders and invoices for jobs
- administrative work related to the business activities of the company
Wymagania
We expect- at least secondary school education
- active consultation and personal negotiation skills
- communication and organisational skills
- ability to communicate with foreign clients
- excellent knowledge of working with MS-Office programs
- reliability, responsibility, flexibility, independency
- ability to plan and deal with unforeseen circumstances, to analyse, combine and anticipate
- an active approach to new and non-traditional methods
- good spoken and written English language skills, other languages such as German, French or Czech will be an advantage (native Polish is a must)
