Job description:
Eastern Europe Senior Vice President of Operation, managing a hundred of hotels throughout a tenth of countries looks for a Project Coordinator to reinforce his team.
Candidate will assist SVPO and his Operations Controller for:
- Preparation of project implementation
- Following the state of progress of projects
- Ad hoc analysis,
- Evolution of flow of operational of information
- Compilation and follow up of information issued by the different stakeholders (hotels, HQ departments, etc.)
- Operational Reporting
- Operational Performances analysis and actions plans to improve them
- Administrative duties of the Department : organization of business trips, of meetings, follow up of travel expenses and admin costs
Projects are numerous and various from implementation and evolution of Food and Beverage concepts to change of culture of service in hotels going throughout automation of reporting for Lounge bar and restaurants.
Candidate profile:
- Fluent in Polish & English, French is a plus
- Team spirit, curiosity, open mindedness
- Analytical mind
- Spirit of initiative
- Autonomy, flexibility, ease of communication
- Well organized & creativity for slide show presentations are key qualities of the candidate
- Technical skills : Advance user in XL and PowerPoint, easiness with queries in databases
- Student or graduate of project management, finance or other related studies
- Required 3 year of work experience preferably in project management
