Our solution leverages broadband LTE Smartphone technologies to bring public safety officers mission critical communication services. Project Lead/Scrum Master

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
The ability to facilitate work of a cross-functional team (engineers, testers, project managers), foster a decentralized/self-organizing management structure, be peer-motivated, promote flexibility to respond to a changing business environment and changing business requirements. This is a project management position with strong Scrum Masters skills for an individual, who has excellent rapport with people, and ability to motivate and facilitate Agile teams.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
●Bachelor's Degree
●5+ years of Program or Project management experience
●Software development experience
●Experience with Agile methodologies
●Experience as a Scrum Master
●Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master/Practitioner preferred.
●Familiarity with PMI project management guidelines can be a plus.
●Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong analytical abilities are required to understand the essence of cross-team/cross-methodological conflicts.
●Technical software development background is helpful.
●Excellent communication skills, strong English knowledge and experience working in a multicultural and international environment
●Passionate with Agile and driven to innovate and seeking continuous improvement.
