For our Client, a multinational production company located in Wrocław, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as a Project Leader in Development Department.


The person on this position will be mainly accountable for managing and motivating a cross-functional team dedicated to conduct development projects from idea to implementation. He/she will also define project requirements, resources, budget and time as well as track the progress of product and costs and manage development process. It will be also essential to provide wide leadership and influence to improve organizational performance. Moreover, the Project Leader will be expected to work on the continuous improvement of product development process.

To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience on a similar position in product or project management and Master Degree or equivalent level of qualification in Engineering, supported with Project Management training. A good candidate would have a wide art expertise in mechanics, hardware, software and supply chain as well as a fluent command of English. Our Client is seeking a person who is passionate about his/her job and displays a high-level of self-motivation attitude. He/she must be detail-oriented, show initiative and be able to travel in business. The perfect candidate should also possess excellent communication skills as well as developed capability to influence others. Agriculture and dairy experience as well as experience with CAD (SolidEdge), SAP, MS Office will be preferred.
