Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
You will be responsible for assisting the project and programme managers in the following:
- Project plan structuring, scheduling and levelling;
- Resource allocation;
- Dependency tracking;
- Financial Management;
- Assistance in business case development and tracking;
- Capex and fixed price tracking status, forecast and project accounting;
- Controlling;
- QA Management;
- Risk and issue monitoring and management;
- Reporting & Communication;
- Progress, status and forecast;
- Communication concept including tools (intranet, mails, internal meetings);
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience in project management/ project management office;
- Thorough knowledge of the project lifecycle and PM tools such as MS Project;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Powerpoint;
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure;
- Strong project financial management skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Solution oriented;
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Able to manage conflict;
- Experience of dealing with senior management;
- Proactive, driven and energetic.
Desirable
- CA Clarity experience;
- Project management qualification such as Prince2, PMI or similar;
- Experience working with JIRA.
