The role in the PMO is responsible for significant part of department’s Project Portfolio Management. Tasks including:
- Managing the Department’s Project Book-of-work database, project opening and closing
- Project Portfolio Status updates and reporting
- Quality assurance of project portfolio data
- Tracking compliance to project standards
- Analyze project data, prepare reports and slides for Management Meetings
- Supporting the project managers on project standards and reporting
The role also includes other tasks such producing a monthly Newsletter, maintaining Share Points sites and access rights and supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks, such as developing PowerPoint presentations.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Management Office or similar
- Minimum 2 years of project experience (working in a project)
- SharePoint administration experience
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Experience working in a global organization
- MS Office (in particular excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills)
- Self-motivated and independent
- Excellent communication skills
- Open and positive personality
