Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Take part in various weekly / monthly presentations for senior level executives
- Executive status summary and pack preparation
- Data gathering for KPIs / Milestones tracking and monitoring
- Support with the weekly and month end finalization deliveries.
Requirements
- At least one year experience in IT PMO
- Knowledge in CA Clarity™ PPM software would be a plus
- Basic understanding of Milestones/KPI process
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook )
- Experience in working in multinational companies
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Ability to quickly learn new terminology
