Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Provide guidance and support for the project portfolio management tool (time reporting, resource planning, management of programs and projects)
- (ad-hoc) Reporting and tracking on project portfolio topics
- Support the administration of the portfolio (project openings/closing, hierarchy changes, project master data updates, etc.)
- Acting as contact point to central teams for tool developments, participate in end user testing for tthe tool roll outs
- Define/roll-out internal standards for tool usage (provide trainings, create information packages, etc.)
Requirements
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop solid relationships with internal customers at different seniority level
- Flexible, patience and diplomatic
- Motivation to work in a diverse international team
- Fast learning and service oriented personality
- Structured approach to solving problems and the ability to work well under pressure
- Very good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- A university degree or equivalent with a 1 to 2 years' experience in project work.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Sharepoint administration
- German is a plus
