Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Program/Project Manager(s) in all aspects of project tracking and management
- Adhering to corporate compliance rules and processes
- Gathering input from different Stakeholders and combining it
- Delivering regular and ad hoc reports
- Tracking of project forecast versus actuals
- Monitoring milestones completion
- Defining and collecting project metrics including cost, time, quality, risks and issues
- Establishing and maintaining project governance
- Managing issues list to ensure they are documented and actioned in timely manner
- Taking responsibility for quality assurance within the activities entrusted
- Contributing to team growth by maintain high standards of service, knowledge sharing and tools/processes optimization
- Contributing to corporate communications

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Proactiveness/ Can-do-attitude
- Previous experience working within a PMO type role in bank an advantage
- Solid time management/ organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full proficiency in English
- Very good computer background (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with OnePPM
- Active interest in process optimization/ enhancement
- Familiarity with Project Management area (methodologies, terminology)
- Experience in compiling information and reporting to Senior Management
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA) - added value
Team currently consists of 2 people, each collaborating closely with their stakeholder (main locations: CH and UK).
Shared service catalogue, different business models and activities performed - customized approach towards clients.
Acting as deputy to one another in case of absences (knowledge sharing, weekly and ad hoc updates).
