- Financial Management
Administration of project management framework including budget management, processes and tools
Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics
Monitoring, controlling and forecasting project costs

Booking Management Activities
Resource Allocation and Capacity Utilisation

Ensure readiness for various reviews/audits by ensuring compliance and completion of relevant documentation
Follow up on any obligations and track progress of any associated action item
Participate in post project reviews
- Communications Management
Support PMs in communicating project progress
Ensure project reporting data is up-to-date and validated
Record meeting minutes, associated actions and their owners
SharePoint/JIRA maintenance and development
- Risk Management
Maintaining project risk register and support the Risk Management process
Identify, analyse and document risks in collaboration with Project team
Regular Follow-ups on risk status and progress
- General Administrative Activities & Support
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
Advanced English and communication skills
Advanced MS Office knowledge (att. MS Excel)
Team player who can collaborate across multiple functional areas and geographic locations
Diligent with attention to detail
Able to cope under pressure and be prepared to carry out ad-hoc tasks
Able to manage efforts when there are multiple requests/interests involved
Knowledge of CA Clarity OnePPM is a great asset
A background in PMO/ financial analysis/resource allocation is a great asset
We are seeking a talented individual for a PMO position. This is a job for a multi-tasker who enjoys variety and can handle changing job requirements.
The PMO ensures that the proper controls and processes are in place and adhered to in order to facilitate the on-going management of the projects/programmes in line with best-practice Project/Programme Management methodologies. This includes budgeting and resource management responsibilities but also monitoring and managing the health of the Project including threats to successful delivery.
Another key focus of this role will be to ensure that the senior stakeholders are kept adequately informed of the status of the Project through establishing effective reporting and escalation processes.
Wroclaw team consists of enthusiastic and proactive young professionals (IT/PMO background) supporting senior colleagues in Switzerland.
