- Run and manage Meetings (Prepare, attend, take minutes, track action items etc),
- JIRA Management and Administration (SPOC)
- Support Program Management and PMO in project management tasks (e.g. Benefit Tracking, Risk and Issue Tracking etc)
- Support Program PMO (possibly booking manager for 50+ resources, drive Onboarding of Wroclaw and Zurich resources in cooperation with onboarding desk, drive Access Management, Sharepoint updates, Maintain and Develop Program Checklists etc)
- Support management with all aspects of financial tracking of projects
- Role with significant potential for own personal development and frequent interaction with senior management
- Bachelor of science or higher in Information Technology or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO
- Experience with project controlling activities
- Good understanding of project management processes
- Flexible, proactive, task oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize work and good organizational skills
- Strong experience with Excel and solid experience with MS Office (VBA/Macro, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNotes, Sharepoint)
- Fluency in English is essential
- Experience in Banking / Financial institutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of Risk Management is an advantage
We are seeking a talented individual for a PMO position for one of the global leading banks. This is a job for a multi-tasker who enjoys variety and can handle changing job requirements.
The PMO ensures that the proper controls and processes are in place and adhered to in order to facilitate the on-going management of the projects/programmes in line with best-practice Project/Programme Management methodologies. This includes budgeting and resource management responsibilities but also monitoring and managing the health of the Project including threats to successful delivery.
The project itself is a multi year program with the main objective to replace and decommission the old mainframe application landscape.
