Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal and external document flow
- Periodical reports preperation
- Provide full administrative support (visa issuing, tickets, transfers, hotels booking, reporting etc.)
- Prepare minutes of meetings
- Support contacts database
- Conduct business correspondence
- Prepare Power Point presentations
- Control tasks execution
- Maintain relations with other Company units, support internal and external communication
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English, Polish, Russian
- experience of working with senior stakeholders - more than 2 years
- excellent numeric and analytical skills
- proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PPoint, etc)
- enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and independent
- methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
