Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
. Assisting with running two specific projects which we have launched, one in Cybersecurity and one with Digitization (and likely other in the future). The work would include setting up meetings, facilitating meetings, sending out minutes. Coordinating and organizing future plans.
- The person must be 100% a people person, outgoing type, as much of the work is building relationships and consensus with people that have never worked together (as opposed to simply running existing projects).
- Basic skills should include Powerpoint, Excel, etc and then we would train them on various internal Cisco collaboration tools like Webex/Jabber/Spark etc.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- 2-3 year of experience in an international environment
- Can do attitude, quick in execution, adaptive to change and with ability to work in fast moving environment
- Open/collaborative approach
- Task and result oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office Tools
- Quick learner
