Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Reporting
- SLAs tracking
- Assisting Project and Program managers in preparation of status reports
- Hiring pipeline tracking and regular reporting
- Time tracking (timesheets)
- Ad hoc reports development
- Hiring
- New joiners accommodation - stakeholders notification, placing, raising all appropriate start requests, providing guidance on immediate new joiner's questions
- Logistics
- Onsite travels and relocation planning & coordination
- Organization of trainings, courses, customer visits, team buildings
- Routine PPM tasks
- Vacation/Day Offs/Absence requests coordination
- Solving ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Scheduling
- Management meetings organization, meeting minutes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of similar professional experience (eg. PMO role/support for IT Projects).
- Ability to collect, consolidate and process data from different financial systems
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (incl. English skills)
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mind set
- Data analysis technics
- Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
- Knowledge of IT terminology is a plus
