Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Is responsible for program/ project administration
- Is responsible for the set up and maintenance of web pages, shared mailboxes, mail distribution lists, share drives, SharePoint and document repositories for programs/projects
- Is responsible to contribute to a positive team spirit
Requirements
Mandatory:
- University Degree in IT and/or Finance/Economics/Business Administration
- Experience of working in international environment (IT preferable)
- PMO/Project Management/Administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle a significant number of dependencies and issues with high attention to details
- Be a self-starter, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles / backgrounds in a global and diverse team.
- Fluent in English
Desirable:
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Practical experience with project/software delivery life cycle approaches and tools

program. The Program Management Office is the information point for all projects within the program portfolio. The PMO role deals with reporting, assurance, quality control, information management, tracking of financials, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, change management, support and knowledge management, and learnings.
