Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Analysis of complex requirements and communicating options in clear terms
- Deliver process and operational change with appropriate structures, SLAs, governance and training for the program
- Analysis of impact to program of quarterly IT controls assessments and control catalogue changes
- Defining Responsibility assignment matrixes (RACI/RASCI)
- Project / Program administration
- Organization of team meetings / workshop logistics
- Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation, including Steering Committee packs and other management documentation
- Project communications and co-ordination
- Project plan creation and maintenance
- Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables
- Supports Program/Project Managers in generating project contracts
- Organizes and takes minutes in project meetings, workshops and maintains program/project organization charts
- Supports Program/Project Managers in creation of project status reports and financial forecasts required for project control
- Supports Program/Project Managers in compliance processes
Requirements

- Strong drive to deliver quality results
- Experience in handling management information and metrics - design, collection, and reporting
- Experience of a project driven environment
- Superior knowledge of MS Project, Excel (including pivots) and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint and attention to detail
- An understanding of IT Risk and regulatory requirements will be beneficial
- Ability to work virtually with colleagues based in other locations
- Knowledge of JIRA
