Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- • Project Management Office tasks including creating and maintaining accurate program/project plans, status reports and financial forecasts
- Business case administration support
- Executive status summary and pack preparation
- Project, Program and Portfolio project admin tasks and deliverables
- Milestone and KPI tracking and reporting
- Tracking of the contractual lifecycle events (e.g. contract creation, sign-off, changes, closure, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience of working with varieties data sources and building reports out them.
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in multinational companies
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Previous experience of supporting Projects with (preferably) some use of financial and non-financial tools/systems
- Ability to learn quickly new terminology
- Previous experience of financial planning desirable
