Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Supports Program/Project Managers in generating project contracts
- Supports Program/Project Managers in project communication and co-ordination
- Supports Program/Project Managers in production and maintenance of project documentation
- Organizes and takes minutes in project meetings, workshops and reviews
- Maintains program/project organization charts
- Tracks project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables on behalf of Program/Project Managers
- Supports Program/Project Managers for specifically agreed tasks
- Supports Program/Project Managers in creation and maintenance of project plans
- Supports Program/Project Managers in creation of project status reports and financial forecasts required for project control
- Supports Program/Project Managers in compliance processes
- Supports Program/Project Managers with project financial controlling
Requirements
Mandatory:
- University Degree in IT and/or Finance/Economics/Business Administration.
- PMO/Project Management experience.
- Experience in Project Management of small projects.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel Pivot Tables.
- Well structured, very reliable and dedicated; high attention to detail, ability to handle a
significant number of dependencies and issues.
- Flexibility and ability to define and implement pragmatic solutions under pressure where required.
- Be a self-starter, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles / backgrounds in a global and diverse team.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable:
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Practical experience with project/software delivery life cycle approaches and tools
