Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Support our department in Wroclaw (on-boarding of new employees, project time planning and allocation in OnePPM -> time tracking, for all employees, managing space and working from home schedule, etc.).
- Assist project and program managers in the daily project life based on SAF - Scaled Agile Framework.
- Assist project planning, estimation & tracking (Demo, Daily, Review, Retrospective and Grooming Session in SCRUM).
- Assist Management reporting - project status reports, dashboards and tracking (Project Review Board, time tracking reports, projects status reports, etc.)
- Assist in Agile Team Sprint planning and SAFe release planning sessions.
- Prepare work products and documents for projects. Perform project documents reviews.
- Assist in logistics for the project (sharepoints, VC rooms, tele-conferences, etc.).
- Identify areas for improvement, assist / implement improvement recommendations, and promote quality awareness.
- Coordinate and manage small tasks/project activities.
- Work closely with different teams spread across regions.
Requirements
- Master / Bachelor Degree (preferably administration, project management or equivalent )
- At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry working in the areas of Project Management / Project Management Office, understanding how IT projects are run and managed.
- Understanding of agile solution delivery models as a plus
- Readiness to work in SCRUM framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task, balancing daily activities with project related activities.
- Self-organized and highly proactive.
- Ability to work independently, taking the ownership for assigned tasks and completing them without needed micromanagement and constant overlook.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, and deliver results within tight schedules.
- Ability to communicate in multinational environment
